What’s included in the conference ticket?

  • Access to all Talks, Labs & Workshops (reg required)
  • Capture the Flag
  • All Special Events (Escape Room, Hiring Happy Hour, etc)
  • Morning Coffee
  • Lunch on Thursday and Friday

 

Can I make changes to my registration?

You can change the ticket holder name, shirt size, address etc. on your registration by just logging into your account.

 

How can I receive the student discount?

Please email thedeputy at wildwesthackinfest dot com using your edu email account.  Tickets are limited so don’t wait!

 

How do I get my CPE credits applied?

You will need to upload the credits manually. Just sign into your account under Members on the www.isc2.org site, add the 16 CPE’s, then keep a copy of your ticket or invoice from WWHF as record.

 

Are you accepting any additional volunteers?

Can I get a refund on my ticket or give it to someone else?

Unfortunately, we do not refund conference tickets.  However, you can sell or donate your ticket to someone else.  To change the registration info, please just login to your account and update the registration information.

 

Can I get a refund on my training registration?

We will offer full refunds on the Social Engineering, Hacking Enterprises and SDR courses until Feb 10th.  SANS has their own policy on refunding courses.  That info can be found on your registration confirmation email.

 

Are there group discount codes?

We provide discounts on groups of 20 or more.

 

How can Government Employees register without paying the Sales Tax?

Please email thebank at wildwesthackinfest dot com prior to registering for the event and we will send you a code to use when registering.
